Kieran Adronic spent nine years as both the muscle, and the closest confidant of notorious North London gang lord, Patrick O’Neill - his maternal uncle.

Deciding he could no longer bear the cost to his personal life, Kieran left organised crime - only to find that London is not a city that will allow him to make that change easily.

He now works undocumented, and for scraps - struggling to make ends meet. Worse still, the romantic love he feared impossible as a violent gangster, has failed to materialise. He has hit rock-bottom.
